Bio:

I took up my yoga in 2003 and I have practiced constantly ever since. I love practicing in the early hours of the day: it’s my magical moment. I’ve studied with various teachers from different Yoga traditions, but particularly Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which I teach daily in my little shala in Bologna, along with Yoga Sangraha and Yin Yoga. I’ve been fortunate enough to meet Eddie Stern and study with him, and thanks to him, I met Robert Moses and Harshvaradhan Jhaveri. I continue to study, train, and practice with YEC, and I love to share what I learn.
