These are free classes for YEC Instructors to practice together, improve their skills, learn new practices, exchange ideas, and collaborate on improving themselves. Live classes will be held at Broome Street Yoga and on Zoom simultaneously. Class replays will be posted on the YEC website within a day.
You will need to have completed Yoga Sangraha Level 1 and/or have attended the residential trainings either in India or New York.
