April 24 – 30, 2026. Full days!
Join us in NYC at the Broome Street Temple for a seven-day, fully immersive teacher training. Situated in Soho, NYC, this training will be an immersion into classical yoga teachings along with Indian culture and spirituality. Each day will include asana, pranayama, meditation, lectures, one vegetarian meal, and the creation of a wonderful community and friendships.
This training will give you a solid base for teaching the Yoga Sangraha Level One Beginners class, an entry-level, accessible yoga sequence that is geared towards regulating the nervous system, calming the mind, and preparing one for meditation. Once you complete the training and have passed the teaching evaluation, you’ll be able and ready to start teaching when you get back to your home. Teaching support is provided through our WhatsApp groups, weekly student teaching gatherings on Zoom, and through our yearly online courses.
The Residential Teacher Training is open to all, either for your personal experience or to receive a Beginner Yoga Sangraha teaching certificate and a Pranayama Level 1 certificate.
Limited to 35 people. 200-Hour Teacher Training registrants will get first choice.
If places become available closer to the course, we will notify students. If you are not a 200-Hour registrant, please do not register at this time.
You will learn:
