I forgot my password
Select ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the prompts.
Where can I see my enrolled Courses?
There are two ways to see your enrolled courses:
1. Go to ‘Courses’ at the top of the page. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Live Courses’.
2. You can also see your enrolled courses under your name in the top right corner of the page.
Courses that you enrolled in will show as ‘ENROLLED’, ‘IN PROGRESS’, or ‘COMPLETED’ on the page.
Note about … ‘COMPLETED‘
This is a little confusing and does not mean the whole course has been completed. It means that the most recent lesson has been completed.
Why can’t I proceed to the next Lesson in the Course?
Go to the panel on the left side of the page and click each lesson from top to bottom. A completed lesson will show an orange circle with a checkmark. If the circle is not filled orange, click it to finish the lesson.
The system is designed to ensure you proceed step by step when taking the course. Once the course has been completed, you will be able to move more freely around the course for review.
I completed all the Lessons and Quizzes, but I am still unable to proceed.
Try clearing your browser’s cache, then quit and restart the browser. If the issue persists, try using a different browser—Chrome often works best. If this doesn’t work, email webmaster@yogaeducationcollege.com for support.
Where can I find the course materials?
There are two ways to find the course materials:
1. Each course has a Library where all its PDFs are stored, see example below.
2. PDF documents for each lesson can also be found in the ‘Materials’ tab of the Lesson.
We’ve also recently added English Zoom-generated transcripts for each lesson.
