Bio:

I am a dedicated yoga student and teacher with over a decade of experience sharing the practice. I have studied in some of India’s most respected yoga institutions, including Kaivalyadham Institute, Mysore Krishnamacharya Yoga Foundation, Sivananda Yoga, and the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre. My approach to teaching is rooted in deep respect for tradition while remaining inclusive and accessible to all. Yoga, for me lies in a transformative tool that anyone can benefit from, regardless of background or ability. I am currently completing the the one year Yoga Teacher Training program under the guidance of Robert, Eddie, and Harsh, further refining my skills and deepening on my own sādhanā.
