I think to be a backpacker traveller, an anthropologist, a Tarologist and a professional Adlerian counselor. After embarking on this helping profession, I integrated my holistic approach with the teaching of hatha and ashtanga yoga. I intuited that well-being comes first of all from the relationship with one’s body and that this must dialogue with our mind, in a harmonious way. To do this you need time and yoga who taught that it is possible to make peace with the past, feel good in the present, and give shape and direction to the future. I started practicing ashtanga yoga in 2014. I fell in love with this wonderful practice with Francesco Milito, a pupil of Lino Miele. I graduated in hatha yoga in 2019 and I obtained a diploma in yoga nidra the year after. My qualifications are recognized by CSEN and the Yoga Alliance.I founded Yoga for free spirits in 2019, to convey my passion for ashtanga yoga which I continue to practice in Turin with my historical teachers. The Yoga mantra for free spirits is the Journey intended as a path of growth. For me yoga is a real path, on the mat and outside, in the world, to find the most authentic part of oneself, one’s Free Spirit (Purusha) on the occasion of intensive workshops and retreats in various countries, I have deepened more and more the Ashtanga Yoga with Lino Miele, Elena De Martin, Susanna Finocchi, Gabriele Severini, Eddie Stern, Laruga Glaser, Philippa Asher, Kristina Karitinou, Petri Räisänen, David and Jelena, Ty Landrum. What I try to convey to my students is the passion for travel that yoga allows us to do with ourselves. It requires constant dedication and practice from which the will to choose it every day is born. I organize yoga events in Turin, my city, and yoga trips/holidays in places that are always new to me, such as mountain refuges, high-altitude yurts, villages in the woods, farmhouses surrounded by nature. In the past, I lived in Thailand for a year and gained experience as a group travel coordinator in different corners of the world.My dream is to coordinate trips to the East in the name of Yoga.
