200 Hour Teacher Training
& Educational Courses
Explore. Deepen. Connect.

This year’s 200-Hour Teacher Training invites you to grow, month by month, through immersive intensives and community study. Whether you’re pursuing certification or joining for inspiration, choose your own path—or experience it all
How it works
- Flexible Structure: Deepen your practice and knowledge throughout the year with week-long and month-long study and practice modules.
- Learning by Doing: In-person sessions give you hands-on teaching experience and real-world insight for leading others with confidence.
- Study Options:
- Teaching Certificate: Enroll in the full program—including at least one in-person intensive—for your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification.
- Personal Enrichment: Would you prefer to deepen your practice without pursuing certification? Register for any individual module, online or in person, as your schedule allows (space permitting).
Why Choose us
- Supportive online and in-person community
- Balanced, immersive learning environment
- Opportunities for both new and experienced yogis
Ready to take the next step in your yoga journey—whether as a teacher or dedicated practitioner? We look forward to growing and learning together!
